Outpatient psychotherapy refers to mental health treatment that does not require overnight stays in a hospital or facility. Instead, individuals attend therapy sessions at a clinic, therapist's office, or counseling center while maintaining their daily routines. It allows people to receive support for their mental health needs while continuing to live at home and manage work, school, or family responsibilities
